Cha Cha Express Towing, LLC provides 24/7 towing and roadside assistance services across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Manatee Counties. All services are subject to availability, safety conditions, and operational discretion.

By requesting service, you authorize Cha Cha Express Towing, LLC to tow, transport, or provide roadside assistance to your vehicle. You confirm you are the legal owner or authorized operator of the vehicle.

Pricing is based on service type, distance, time, vehicle type, and special circumstances. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged. Additional fees may apply for after-hours, heavy-duty, or specialty services.

Cha Cha Express Towing, LLC will exercise reasonable care in providing services. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures, or items left inside vehicles.

If a service is canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply to cover operational costs.
